What is worth writing about
- A correction to a rule or a subject. If a mark, a subject or a pass condition on this site disagrees with the published instructions, write in — and bring the source if you can. A correction with a source behind it gets acted on, and it is the most useful message this address can receive.
- Something broken in the calculator. A figure that does not add up, a page that will not load, something that fails on your phone. Say what you entered and what you saw.
- A question about the system that the FAQ does not answer.
What this address cannot help with
- Your official result. This site does not hold your marks, cannot look them up and cannot change them; only the awarding body issues the certified result.
- University admission and placement. Those come from the universities and the admission authority, not from here.
- Appealing or re-marking a grade. That is an official route and it does not pass through this site.
When you will hear back
One person runs this site, so a reply may take a while — especially around results season. There is no auto-responder: every message that arrives is read by a person.
