Tawjihi Under the Old System — 2007 and Earlier

Under the 2007-and-earlier system every subject is out of 200 marks, and the result is a percentage out of 100 directly — there is no split across two years. The two branches differ in how their subjects are weighted, not in how they are added up.

Choose your branch

The academic branch calculator — scientific and literary: four subjects at 10% each, both mathematics papers at 20%, and two optional subjects at 20% each.

The industrial and vocational branch calculator — six subjects at 10% each, plus two 20% slots where the higher of two marks counts.

Passing under the old system

This site shows no pass or fail for the old system, because the rule for it is not in the sources the calculator was built from. The average is all it reports.
